  • Pros: nail techs are nice, lots of designs and nail polish Cons: rude owner, unsanitary, damage to nails/drill happy I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. Let me start by saying the place is unsanitary because the foot basins aren't properly cleaned nor are the tools used on people properly sterilized. A disposable pumice is meant to be thrown away after one customer not passed from person to person. I was also cut on my cuticle on my toe so badly that I couldn't wear shoes for a week. The nail tech couldn't see I'm assuming and she just tried to wave it off like it was nothing. They are also drill happy here and will leave nails damaged. I also feel that Tony the owner is rude. When I last visited, which was a while ago, I went in to get a manicure and change out the color on my nails. I was greeted by Tony who was working on another client and he told me to find a color I liked. I found the design and color and told him I'd return. After lunch, I returned and reminded him I had work soon and wanted to make sure I finished in time. When he started to remove the existing gel, it was really painful and he wasn't paying attention to what I was saying but was making appointments for other people instead. I kept saying it burned and he was drilling too much but, he said don't worry about it. After he mutilated my poor nails, he asked what I wanted. I showed him the design and he started. On the ring finger, I wanted to put a metallic accessory on a matte base and he said it couldn't be done. Every other suggestion I made "couldn't be done". Because of the lack of suggestions on his part, I asked for a minute to which he replied "you don't have time for a minute". What I asked for in fact could be done because I saw a video of it being done by someone in Korea. I was really annoyed by his attitude and unwillingness to help. If he wanted me to leave so badly so he could get more customers, he could've tried harder to materialize the ideas suggested. Because of his service, I've thought long and hard and will not be returning. My nails have been damaged and it has take two months to grow them back out.
