  • I was always told that if you cannot say anything good at all, then don't say anything. However outside of the fact that my family prefers to stay at Hampton Inns, this is the only Hampton Inn that my family and I have stayed at that we were in complete shock at the level of dirtiness. The staff is NOT comparable to the typical level one would expect from this line of hotels. Also, ice machines are not on every floor. The breakfast is ok, however no where near the level that others offer. Also, there is no pool. I was told "we can't do it in a structure downtown" which is ironically funny as other Hampton inns in downtown locations feature pools, and as well as other hotel companies such as Hyatt and even other Hilton company ones as well. I am assuring you, the reader, if you are planning a trip, book somewhere else. There are other Hampton inns that are a bit further away and you may have to drive, do yourself that favor and do so.
