  • I started my new car search online, emailed an inquiry and received a response almost immediately. I have been sending inquiries to many dealerships. Lexus was the first one to REALLY follow up, keep in touch, appear genuinely interested in my business but not overly eager or pushy. I met with at least 4 or 5 different people when I arrived for my appointment, because they all wanted to come out and introduce themselves and greet me. A tad overwhelming at first, but then I realized this was just the level of service they provided! Excessive albeit, flattering. They made me feel like I was their only and most important customer. I bought a pre-owned '08 IS 250 and can honestly say, I was treated with friendliness, sincerity and exceptional service! Not to mention humor and a laid back atmosphere! Which matches my personality and I suspect this was intentional! I've bought 4 cars in the past 5 years, now that I have this one, I will most likely not ever go elsewhere! My new car is amazing too by the way!
