10/24/15 In reponse to owner's comments...bad service is no mistake it's just bad service. At no time did Adam mention that QC was outside of Response Crew's normal service area. In fact, I specifically asked and he said he could do the work. If a business agrees to do work, as a customer, I assume location wouldn't effect the quality of services provided. With Response Crew that was clearly a bad assumption. As mentioned in original review, I declined further services because Adam and team proved untrustworthy when i agreed to let them come out again. What I find most unprofessional is that Adam has now admitted "mistakes", a departure from his pre-yelp assertion that things were done correctly. However, he had no problem cashing my check for his company's service, which he knew might not be up to par before ever providing. Bad business all around. I will be reporting this company to the BBB.
