rev:text	We purchased a bed at Mattress Firm near the Chandler Mall several months ago. We were told at the time that after 30 days we could exchange the bed if it didn't meet our needs. We didn't imagine we would ever use that service. Well, we've used it three times and it looks like we've finally got it right. Ken has been a great representative of Mattress Firm and has never looked at us like we were idiots as we have made our monthly trip in to do an exchange. They are interested in getting it right and we finally have.
