  • Never in my life have I experienced what I experienced here. I would rather shoot my foot then ever set foot in this store. After my friend went to trade in a car for a new one and was able to get a "good deal". It took them two months to close the deal and a lot of empty promises,"he said she said" games. We would spend at least two days a week at the dealership dealing with issues. Always talking to different people, no one returns calls. They would only call when they needed something done NOW! All this stress I was dealing with and the car wasn't even for me. Now that I am looking for a car I know not even think twice about this place. I honestly believe that if you want a Ford go to a different Ford dealership, but you may get the same run around. Ford needs to rethink the way they deal with business. Beware of this dealership!!!the multiple people we dealt with, names to come later.
