rev:text	Disappointed by this salon. I just experienced a very bad blow dry by a different stylist than I usually go to. It was a recommendation from the receptionist. They knew I was unhappy, yet they didn't fix the situation and they had me pay for my service. I have been a regular customer here only because of Andrea who is beyond amazing. Unfortunately, until Andrea moves on from this salon, I will no longer be able to see her as I will not be returning. I have had other instances here that have been poor and honestly it comes down to poor customer service and poor management.
