  • I have had several appointments with Dr Quinlan, Retinal Consultants of AZ.Each time has been a disaster! The average wait time WITH AN APPOINTMENT has been at least an hour. The last appointment was for 8:05, an hour later, I was seen. (They opened at 8:00 AM). Asked the totally unconcerned front desk why it takes so long. They had a bunch of excuses. I would warn anyone to find another Dr\office to treat them. Found out Dr Quinlan schedules appointments about 5 minutes apart. Guess he is more concerned about $$$$$ than the patients and the fact that their time is ALSO valuable.
