  • I am extremely pleased with my total car rental experience at this Enterprise location! The whole experience was super-quick and painless, with no aggressive 'upselling' or other surprises whatsoever. The total cost quoted online weeks in advance was actually a bit more than my final bill when I turned the car in after a 10 day rental. You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was at that! The staff is professional as they come, and my 2017 Ford Focus SE was immaculate with very low-mileage. I needed to take my daughter to visit her grandmother near NYC, and this car was very comfortable and then some. Having driven the Cleveland to NYC route (and back) many times before over the years, I was really surprised that the Ford could do it on only one tankful of gas, averaging 43.5 MPG (cruise control mostly set on 65 MPH)! I will continue to use this Enterprise for all my future car rental needs, and I highly recommend them!
