PESTO. BRIE. FRIES. Trust me on this one -- a must-try to start off a fantastic meal at this cute, cozy spot in NoDa. The fries are crispy and thin and the pesto, cheese, and tomato topping is so unique and ridiculously dangerous. Totally worth the couple of extra calories... ;)
This is a great spot for a date or with a small group of friends. The exposed brick walls, large bar, and smaller, low-lit eating space gives the Crepe Cellar a very intimate feel.
I tried the ham and gruyere crepe with a side of asparagus. The crepe was delightfully crispy and light and packed full of flavor with the cheese and meat. My asparagus was also worth the slight up-charge, especially due to the sundried tomato topping that capped off the side. Highly recommend.
