The place is small and tucked way in the back of the plaza. This is not a sit in cafe/dessert place and more of a little bakery that specializes in making macarons. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic person who I can only assume is Kerry herself, hence the name Kerry's Macarons. She was very friendly and hard at work making macrarons right in front of me. There is a chalk board to the left when you enter showing you the macarons that are available and to the right there is a little sit down area for you to decide which macarons to get. The rest of the space is all open and dedicated for the macaron making process.
The macarons are $2 each from the flavours that I ordered. It was recommended that I eat the freshly made ones in a day or two as the texture would be a bit chewy if I didn't wait. I actually like them a bit chewy and I didn't have the will power to wait anyways so I threw her recommendation right out the window and scarfed down the macarons :)
Amazing flavours and perfect sweetness. A nice light texture on the outside and a creamy and a slight chew on the inside. Yummy!
Very comparable to some of the better macaron places that I have had like Ruelo Patisserie and Butter Avenue. A solid 4 stars. I don't think I can ever give macaron places a 5 star review because of the cost but $2 a piece is pretty much the standard price for macarons.
The only thing this place lacks is a display case to showoff their product.
