  • Had a scheduled appointment on 6/19/18 that was originally scheduled for 6/9/18. Normally there would have been a $25 fee for rescheduling but the receptionist Jolene was nice enough to waive the fee. At my appointment, my encounter with Dr. Tounian was very pleasant. He has great bedside manner and is very personable. After a few days in, my filling feels sturdy and I can tell that he did a great job! I've been coming to this office for almost a year now and all the staff is very positive. Makes coming to the dentist and easier experience, and not so much like 'pulling teeth' (figuratively). LOL
