rev:text	I had made a habit of visiting local nail shops for my waxing needs and after getting burned more than once (no pun intended) I decided to look into a new waxing facility. I was sent here on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad she sent me their way. Every new, local customer gets a complimentary wax treatment (brow, underarm or bikini for women) on their first visit. I was stoked at this prospect! I booked an appointment right away and was delighted with the results. They used a "comfort wax" during my brow and lip treatment, which I loved. My esthetician cleaned the area she was going to wax, spread the wax on and peeled it right off, no wax strip needed (which means no ouchies!). Another plus- the wax was the perfect temperature. Then she cleaned the area once again, put on their signature "calming cream" and dusted the area with powder. I was a smooth as a baby's bottom ;) On my way out she suggested some products for me to take home. I ended up purchasing their exfoliation cream which I am in love with. I apply it a day before my scheduled wax appointment and a day after. It definitely helps prep my skin for the upcoming waxing treatment. They also gave me a $5 off coupon for my next time in, which I was happy to use. I booked my next treatment in advance and was excited to see the date was printed on the bottom of my receipt so I could enter it into my phone at a later time. If you make an appointment, make sure you keep it. If for some reason you will be late or can't make it, then call them. They are super flexible at rescheduling. If you miss 3 appointments you can only come in on a walk-in basis. Regardless of that, I have had mulitple good experiences and will continue to return. Make sure to ask for Delilah. She rocks!
