  • It's Dillard's they're all the same I guess, but why is everyone at this particular location so dang rude when I make a return? Third or fourth time now can't be a coincidence. Nothing shifty on my end. I buy a lot of stuff for my boss and maybe 20% of it goes back. They are always so unfriendly irritable and try to make me feel bad about it (who needs that when Macy's is a few steps away and they couldn't be more easy-going) Peace Dillard's.
