rev:text	I have been through a slew of doctors because I have endometriosis and further finding out I have a pituitary tumor, so regularly seeing my primary, endocrinologist, OB, Optometrist, Pain management, MRI's, blood work, chiropractors and the list just goes on. I am unsure if it's related, but a few months AFTER finding out about this tumor, I started getting headaches. Then the headaches started becoming chronic splitting headaches. I have a 5 year old child and this chronic headache is just not giving me a good quality of life. This office has been very determined to find the source of my headaches and everyone here has been so nice to me and COMPETENT. I go to a different doctors office every freakin week....I know nice people, I know incompetence, I know a knowledgeable staff and Silver State Neurology, it's staff from Dr. Milford, down to it's assistants, Ana and Liz, and their other assistants (I regrettably forget their names :( ) are nice, competent, polite and so far has been a great experience!
