  • This Vegas Thai place can be tricky to find. It is off the strip hidden away in a strip mall and can't be seen from the street. But, finding this place is worth it. It has been called "The Best Thai Food in America". It isn't a fancy place, but the service is friendly and the food is great! We had a vegetarian version of the crispy rice appetizer followed by a spicey fried whole fish. Wow! We picked that fish clean. We will definitely be visiting Lotus of Siam again on our next Vegas trip.
