  • Stay away! Dropped off my Cartier for a cleaning. When I called two weeks later to see what was up, Ira the owner offered no apology for the fact that my watch had been forgotten about. Instead went on to throw one of his employees under the bus, blaming him and then offering up the 'we were swamped in February' excuse. I Cancelled the job and went and picked up watch. Ira is rude and dismissive and does NOT value the concept of customer service. Brutal customer service.
