When I first moved in things were pretty good. But as the months went on I found out why there are so many bad reviews on apartmentratings.com. Granted a lot of the reviewers from apartmentratings.com have probably been evicted but for the others I'm sure there was some merit to their review. Now for my annoyances: Firstly I have lived with luke warm water my almost 2 years here in of which I requested to have fixed when I first moved in and never got done. I've also seen roaches in my apartment, the community laundry rooms are rarely kept up i.e. broken light switch knob so you must use PLIERS to turn it on and off, broken and unlatched windows, dirty rooms, dirty machine, and no kind of supplies paper towels for instance for the residents. On top of all the aforementioned, out of all of the staff members only three Mirta, Michelle, and Humberto are pleasant to be around the others have no idea what good customer service is. Another annoyance for me is that many times I have called the office to ask a quick question and the phone continuously rang to the point that I walked down to the office and have found employees just sitting there. No residents or future residents in the office with them. I've gotten so tired of calling that I decided to start e-mailing the office for a faster response. At first I was being replied to in a timely manner (1-2 days) but since I'm now moving out and have already put my notice in apparently my e-mails are no longer important as I sent one more than 4 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. In my opinion a business whether that be an apartment complex, or a retail location should take care of each of its customers to completion especially if they're not asking for anything off the wall. I have paid my rent on time, or early for the past 16 months and now all of a sudden when it's time for me to move out my concerns are no longer relevant. I think that is poor customer service.
