  • Chris made having to replace the windshield on our SUV as painless, smooth and might I say, as fun as possible...huh? Ok, not fun, but Chris was as hospitable and professional from his initial text asking if I was still shopping for a replacement till we drove off the lot. He communicates every detail you'll need to know and treated us with the upmost of respect. After shopping around, his shop offered the most competitive pricing as well...at least $75 cheaper from any other competitor that I found. The parking lot is crazy busy, but he seems to knows everything that is happening on it. He was already on the way to greet us at our car immediately after we pulled into the parking lot. Oh, and the replacement was so quick, we hadn't even finished breakfast yet next door at Mary's Hash House. All in all, I was blown away at the customer service. You can bet the next time I have any automotive needs, this will be the first place I call.
