rev:text	At first I hesitated to write a review. But after two months of crap. I'm giving in and saying what's deserved. First off, if you hear that Carmax doesn't have pushy salesman, wrong. I was prequalified for a loan from my bank. The salesman obviously wanted me to leave with a car that day, even after persistent no's, stupid me gave in and signed up for some crap where they say you get a temporary loan through Carmax while the bank transfers to the car. Yep, bad idea. Two months later I'm still arguing with finance cause they're sending me past due notices when I've already been making payments to my bank. I have spent way too much time on the phone dealing with this. Secondly, I thought there's supposed to be some fancy certified inspection on these cars. We just got it back after almost three weeks(we had it for about three weeks only at this point). There was an extremely obvious leak of something coming from the bottom, it ended up being some sort of coolant. Looking under the car I could see pink all over the bottom. Even after taking it in, at first they said they didn't see anything, again I had to get upset and tell them to do their job and actually LOOK for problems. There were other minor electrical problems, and issues with the breaks we found when coming down a mountain(Possible warped rotors). We came here thinking this place was gonna be an easy buy. Never have I had such problems with salesman, service, customer service, mechanical service. Right now when I picked up my van, the financing was brought up gain. I had to literally walk away and let my wife deal with it. I'm happy person people! But dang, even a happy person is bound to get pissed when you keep stabbing him... So the last straw, after three weeks of my car being in service, they didn't even wash the outside. Thanks Carmax, thanks for showing me that normal car dealers are way better than you. I'm going back to my regular ways for purchases. Oh, and Carmax likes to ruin the front of every car, even luxury more expensive cars by drilling holes into the front bumper so they can merely advertise their company. Never again Carmax. If I could return my car even at this point I would.
