  • I really enjoyed Emily. She was warm and very friendly! However, the first desk rep named Nancy was a nightmare. If I didn't really need a wax I would've walked out hairy. Nancy needs an attitude adjustment as soon as possible. This chick literally rolled her eyes because I couldn't remember if I used my first name or preferred name for an account with them. As I walked past the front desk she dogged the hell out of me... Really?? EW! Please give some young professionals who really want to work a job. I tried to contact the company online via contact us and it doesn't work! The irony
