  • We were looking for a real estate agent to assist us in buying our first home and found Eloff on Yelp. He educated us about an awesome first time buyer program and explained to us on the different loan types and how the market is at this point. It took us about a week before we found the home we wanted. The offer was countered by the seller asking us to pay certain costs. Eloff quickly countered back and negotiated the items to be paid by the seller saving us a lot of money. This is our first home so we really appreciate him being on top of things. We closed in 30 days and couldn't be more happier. Thank you for your great service and also for saving us money!
