  • I always rent from this location. MLK weekend 2016 was a very busy weekend especially since it snowed a lot in Flagstaff. I reserved a small SUV to go up there. It was poorly staffed for it being a long weekend. My reservation was for 8 am. By 9:30 am, they still didn't have my car and there were only 2 people scheduled to work. I have to say that for only 2 people being there with a line of people all the way out the door, they did an amazing job at accommodating everyone. They gave me a larger SUV since they had to wait longer for mine to be delivered as well as free gas (since the one I got was a gas guzzler). They respected the original quote of the smaller SUV too. I would give it 5 stars, but the scheduling needs to improve.
