I needed a key for my SeaDoo quickly as I sold the trailer it was on and needed to put it in a slip before the weekend. I called ahead and service dept said it would be a week and a half before anyone could look at it or I could come in on a Saturday morning as it's first come first serve. Was driving by with the trailer and decided to stop by in person and see if there was anything they could do since I was already there. Service woman was very rude and said there was nothing they could do. Spoke with the general manager and said what she said is what goes.....I was willing to pay much more than normal cost to get this done and they didn't seem to care. I called Lake Norman Powersports and they said bring it in anytime and they will get me right in, it's only a 5 minute procedure!!! We're talking about a Key here people....If you can't help potential customers that are in a bind because you are "too busy" maybe you should rethink your business model. I was warned of their business practices by a friend but being the only SeaDoo dealer in the area I thought I would give them a try. Take your future purchases elsewhere. They don't seem to care about their customers. On a side note, the guys in the Parts Dept were very helpful at finding the correct key....it just wouldn't do me any good to buy it if they couldn't program it.
