  • Take your business elsewhere! Nothing but problems with my 2010 BUICK Enclave and the service is beyond poor. Passenger side AC not working and determined to be the actuators...$1,300 to repair! Took it to a local mechanic, $80 part (only one was bad) and a couple of hours of labor...$164! Coulter should be ashamed of themselves. I wish this was my only bad experience but there are many more. Service department needs some customer service training or a total revamp. My business will go elsewhere and you should consider doing the same.
