  • Pho Bang turned out to be Pho Dud while it was not the worst Pho I have had, it certainly was a big let down when compared to back home. The broth lacked real richness, depth of flavor and no indication that beef bones and been introduced into the cooking process. The Ch giò were okay as was the Gi cun, atleast they were not as disappointing as the Pho. This restaurant was jammed packed that evening with a 10 to 15 minute wait for a table, that alone seem to augur an experience worth the wait, sadly it didn't and my dining partners, who know a thing or two about Pho, all agreed.
