  • Sunnybrook is probably one of the largest and most modern hospitals I've ever been to, and definitely beats almost every single hospital I've ever stepped foot upon. Not just that, the employees are so nice! We arrived 10 minutes late for my grandma's PET scan appointment in the middle of the snowstorm earlier this week, and the lady actually was worried we wouldn't be there till 6pm! The male doing the operation for my grandma was also very professional, and spoke Cantonese to my grandma's delight (she doesn't know English). The whole operation was complete in about 90 mins; not bad! One star will be taken away for the poor job in plowing the parking lots and the overall pedestrian unfriendly environment walking from the lots to the buildings. Other than that though, flawless!
