  • I have been coming here for a few years now for gel pedicures. I will not be coming back. I had one of their stamp cards that you can use to get your 10th gel manicure or pedicure for free. Today I was excited to get my free gel pedicure. When the man asked me if I wanted any upgrades I told him I had the card and it was a freebie. I did add the callus remover, which costs $5. After he finished, he took the card and told me it would be $17. Um, excuse me? For what? I've been spending anywhere between $35 and $50 per month there always with at least a $10 tip, and when it comes time for my free gel pedicure I aparantly only get $23 knocked off? I call BS, and poor business practices. He brought a calculator over and showed me $40-$23 is $17. Thanks, sir. I know basic math. Instead of me complaining and saving a few bucks, I would rather just never go back. The principle is that these people are ripping off their customers for a mediocre job at best. The card clearly said free GEL pedicure, which is a $35 value. Now they have lost a customer to save themselves $12. Absolutely ridiculous.
