  • This review is strictly on the office staff and manager Vanessa. I have been a loyal customer of Dr Tabassi for 10 years ever since I moved to Vegas and have never had any payment issues until today, the true colors of this staff really showed today. When I checked in I was told that I owed a balance from my 6 weeks pregnant visit to confirm pregnancy ($85) which I know 100% I paid in cash at time of visit how else would I have been seen the copay is paid before seeing the doctor! Mind u I am now at 28 weeks and they just now bring this up? So when I told Vanessa I paid cash that day she continued to argue with me in front of a full office with no compassion that I had been a loyal customer for 10 years instead of being professional and pulling me into her office or maybe checking cameras for that day to see me hand the receptionist cash! Not my fault if they pocket cash! Then she has the nerve to tell me "you can pay half if you don't have the money" what?!!!!! Half? Why when I already paid you in march the full amount? She insulted and degrated me with no compassion what so ever! I have money to pay. My credit score is in the 700s I take pride in paying all my bills and balances right away and if she would've looked at my 10 year history with them she would've seen that! Instead she would rather insult me and basically call me a liar in front of a full office! I will never come here again and neither will my mom. They just lost us as customers which could've been avoided if she hadn't been so insulting and did her research! So warning to anyone who comes here don't pay cash! They will pocket it and try to charge you months later! Now I have to try to find a new doctor at 7 months pregnant. Such a shame I wish I would've seen this offices true colors before I got pregnant.
