There are a few times in life when I, as a consumer feel the need to not patronize a business, but also just let others know of the nonsense customer service not provided.
I am now 45 minutes into a 5 min oil change..
Explanation offered: we forgot the tech went to lunch.. ok
Not only that but, I left to go shopping and came back and its still not done
Hard to support local business when you offer less than crappy service
