THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NEGATIVE TEN. ORDERED A BUNCH OF FOOD WITH coworkers and they brought us about half of the food. Ok, mistakes happen, so I called to let them know, in the hopes of them being apologetic and sending the missing food ASAP. Instead, I got the rude manager telling me I ordered it wrong and they did bring all the food. I reminded them that I have no reason to lie, that we order for them (in hefty amounts might I add) often. He said I cannot bring you anything else and nothing else to say. so yeah, we had half of our order and very disappointed. NEVER ordering from them again.
