  • Awesome hotel! Friendly and quick check in. The room was the best hotel room I've ever had. It was so comfortable and lovely. I liked the shower and the bed was comfortable. The place was spotless. It was seriously bigger than my entire apartment, with nicer appliances. Even a microwave that I used to reheat my leftover poutine, which I kept in the full size refrigerator! Morning breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Manager's reception in the evening was fun. Gym was pretty well appointed, although there wasn't a water cooler. The location was terrific...subway entrance right across the street allowed easy access all around town. Walking distance to great restaurants and old Montreal. I used to always stay at the Bonaventure when it was a Hilton property and when they dis-affiliated with Hilton, I was concerned about where to stay. However, I've found a new home at the Embassy Suites!
