Tried to get an extra house key made on my lunch break. I went to aisle 18 and no one was there. I waited for a few minutes and then went to one of the cashiers. She responded that someone should be there, and I told her no, I was there for a few minutes and no one. I asked her to call for someone to help. She called and I went back to the aisle. Waited another 5 minutes, then back to another cashier. She called for assistance and I went back to the aisle, waited another 5 minutes (total of 15 mins, too long). I ended up just leaving! That's pretty bad customer service!
