Menu items that were memorable to me:
Chips and salsa: Great
Breakfast Burrito: Probably up there with my favorite in town
Naco Torta: Pretty good, I've eaten a lot more tortas since the days when I would rave about this but it is still solid.
Guacamole: Good, different with the orange slices and all.
Enchiladas: Alright, not bad at all just nothing special.
If I could give 3.5 stars I would but since I can't and because the service is sometimes downright terrible (unless you like playing the "who is my server again?" or "are there free refills on water here or not?" games) I'll stick with 3*.
If the prices came down a little and the food was just a tiny bit better, or you got free chips and salsa, or the service was a little bit better... I don't even know what it is but I can't with a clear conscience give this place 4*... it's good - it just isn't *that* good.
