  • I waited to write this review because I wanted to give this place a chance. I've been here multiple times and my review is a very honest one given it was not from one encounter. The reason I have this location a single star was because of the staff. Unprofessional young kids. It's seems that every time I come here they mess up my order. What's so hard to get extra bananas on my hula? And then I address it to them and the small girl rolls her eyes at me? Like really? I didn't mess up, you did! She wants to look at the ticket as if I was wrong and not apologize but just give attitude. Then your somewhat of a manager, a small young man helps out with simple mistake and appears irritated at the situation. And again, not my fault. This has happened multiple times with different staff and this seems to be an occurring issue. Business that have potential will suffer with irresponsible kids like this. BTW, I've seen multiple people have issues. Hope upper management takes note!
