  • Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! I Purchased My tires here new. I have had routine tire work done here for over 2 years. Nothing ever major, thank goodness. I have owned and operated the same suv for over 3 years. I am the sole driver. Took this same car and tires purchased here new, in for a routine ROTATE & BALANCE. They charged me $40.00. No RECEIPT. Less than 2 weeks I'm back and tell the office lady, my tires don't seem to be balanced correctly. They proceeded to come up with ALL kinds of excuses for the new shimmy in the steering wheel, I am experiencing. So they rotated a front tire to the rear to fix it, as They Stated It was the rim that was slightly warped on Left Front Tire. Told Me Balance was fine. I go out to find my newly rotated tires rotated again. Now I have worn, and less worn, on both front and real axle. I asked them to put my front tire back where it was. I witness the employee looking at all the tires, then pull the Front Right Tire and switch it with Left Rear. HUH? Thinking to take it in for a second opinion to one of the Big Reputable dealers. Swiped a Card this time. Was text a receipt. My car immediately pulled to the Left. Stopped car, got out checked the LEFT FRONT TIRE. It was Visibly LOW. Pressure Tested 20lbs off. Went back in at 8 sharp this morning. They argued and laughed. I am So Sorry This Tire Shop Though it Was Funny To Put My Life At Risk, & Those of your Loved Ones Travelling Beside ME Last Night on the freeway. These people should be put out of business. I have filed a dispute for the $20.oo they charged me yesterday for complaining. I am filing a Consumer Fraud Action with the state for not giving me a receipt for work done 2 weeks earlier. I like to have ALL records pertaining to my vehicle maintenance. Would have been extra helpful if the shop kept better records to identify what their customers are having problems with. DO NOT USE THIS TIRE PLACE EVER EVER EVER THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK!!!!!!
