  • I usually try to avoid going to walmart but for the sake of convience its right across the street from me. Today when I had gone in with my fiancĂ©, he was receiving a money order as a gift from his parents. The customer service rep was TERRIBLE. She refused to help him because he has IV at the end of his name and his dad didnt put it in when he was sending it ( and usually doesnt). This has never been a problem before at any other walmart we have been too. We asked for a manager and a woman in a yellow vest came to talk to us but really was no help at all because she repeated the exact same thing the rep said and then proceeded to ignored us and talk to other associates over the walkie. We then asked for her manager and she was at least willing to see what she could do. Then another woman in a yellow vest walked over to say she had no idea what was going on but said they were going to process the money order. She then told the original service rep to process it to which she refused and called up another customer. To which she sent us to the man at the second register who gladly helped and was very friendly. We had to deal with 5 different people for a transaction that took less than 5 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
