  • There's nothing wrong with the gym, it's clean, spacious and friendly. Their billing department is incompetent. I have had to call almost every month now because they only apply payments to my account not my Husband's. When I sign in I choose his account, make a payment, and it immediately applies to my account, so now he is receiving their harassing phone calls because THEY told me they had combined our accounts and clearly they did not. It's annoying.
