  • I had an appointment with Professors of Plumbing in mid June to fix my AC. I had to wait 3 days to get on their schedule in a week of temps over 110 degrees. I called 3 times on the appointment day to verify they were still coming as they missed their window of time and each time was assured they would be coming by late afternoon. At 5:30 they called to say they were not coming and the next available appointment would be in another 3 days!!! No attempt was made on their part to be responsible for their failure to show. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY to honor it's appointments. I was able to find another company with 24 hour service who came to my house at 6:30 p.m. and did not charge for "emergency" service.
