  • So me and my wife were pre approved for financing, went to the store sampled a few mattresses. We made a choice and filled the paperwork and we thought finally we are getting a mattress. Welp I was wrong! A day before our scheduled delivery they called me and said the truck never came in we have to reschedule. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt and said no worries. We rescheduled and assumed all was going to go accordingly and we said "FINALLY" we are going to sleep better when they bring the mattress. Wrong! They called us again and said hey there's an issue in Arizona we are delaying your mattress yet again, keep in mind two weeks went by. We were utterly dissatisfied and chose to go somewhere else. Maybe management needs to be more realistic and focus more time on logistics and delivery.
