  • Love the product HOWEVER joes employs high school students who have no idea what they're doing. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that their computers are down and they couldn't take my credit card or my Groupon that I have already purchased. Was telling everyone to go across the street to get cash at the gas station! Not a great way of doing business... not impressed! Why is such a reputable brand as Joe's Italian ice using high school kids and paying the minimum wage to degrade their business model. I want about 20 bucks for my time.
