  • I have always used enterprise rental car in the past. Never had a problem. Went there today and was treated like garbage. No smile from the rep, just asked, What do you want? Told him I was looking for a rental car in 3 weeks, because Im finally going on my honeymoon. He rolled his eyes at my husband and myself and said we need to come back when its closer to the date! I truly was mortified at the service I was given and will never go back there, Unfortunately avis and budget were closed at the time, but i will try again tomorrow . Please do something about your customer reps enterprise! They are horrible!
