  • SUUPER SALTY FOOD. Wickedly Salty! Wickedly No Bueno! Its 2AM, I am still drinking water, dinner was at 6PM. Came here with great expectations from all the videos and reviews, but I was greatly disappointed. The food quality was not anywhere near the price of admission. In fact, I felt kinda cheated by what I was charged and given in return. Everything I ate was salty, don't know why, maybe they want to limit the amount of food we consume, I had to drink 5 glasses of water to put down my dinner. The buffet was less than average, prime rib tasted like Chuck steak, crab tasted like it had been brined for years, NO cocktail shrimp or oysters for a $45 buffet. The desert was that of a $10 buffet, nothing special. All the cakes were still frozen, please defost your food before serving. Cesar's is still the King in Vegas for buffets, pay a little extra and get a better meal.
