At first I received a phone call to insure I was still coming to my 4pm appointment. In the middle of telling the receptionist that I was on my was she just said thank-you and then hung up. I arrived at the vet and was asked for my dogs paperwork, which I gladly gave to the receptionist. She then asked for me to weigh my own dog; I said ok. They then took me to a small room as I waited for a doctor to see my dog a nurse came and asked questions about my dog. After answering the questions the doctor came in and explained the process and it seemed simple. The scenario was that my dogs ear was irritating her so she kept scratching which caused her to scratch and make her ear bleed from scratch scars. The clinic said it would be 45 to get my dog checked out. They did a cytology for a simple irritation, when my dog just needed her ears cleaned with a simple cleaner. They brought me the receipt with possible a list of the doctors recommendations. It said $278, but I could select what I want done. As I was about to pay for the product my mother face timed me and told me about some medication she had at home that would work and explained how the doctors were just trying to make me buy there products. Which I was already checking online and seen a war cleaning solution that they were charging $80 for; when it was $30 online. As I told them I would just be paying for the visit today the nurses and doctors in the back were mocking my mother in the back loudly; which I found highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I left with a bad taste in my mouth knowing they had gotten over on me and my dog could have been cured with simple ear washes. Smh. Will not recommend for future clients or dogs. They act like they care for your animal but money is the main objective.
