Just opened about a week ago so they are still
experimenting and trying to get the menu worked out. We started off with the shiitake mushroom burger and short rib grilled cheese. The burger arrived super rare. We split, so one of us sent back their half, as it was still moooving. The grilled cheese really needs some work as it arrived with an unmelted slice of cheese and a piece of thinly sliced beef that was more like brisket than actual slow cooked short rib. This was so underwhelming, but sounded great on paper.
The tater tots we ordered were topped with meaty american cheese and a few pieces of bacon. Again, major underwhelming. We had a little talk with Lenea, the GM and she was very informative and helpful. We told her we thought the grilled cheese needed a bit of tweaking. She bought us a round of drinks, which we all really enjoyed. Hoping to make it back in when they find their mojo.
