| - My husband and I stopped in spontaneously while walking down the strip after dinner one night. Had no idea what this bar was, only that it was convenient at the right time when we both needed to sit down and rest our feet.
We got there about 10ish and the seating was pretty much full. However, we were able to get a table right away since we said we'd share with other patrons. Turned out not to be that big of a deal since the seating was U-shaped around a pretty decent sized table so we didn't feel like we were drinking with a bunch of strangers.
Was not aware there was hookah available, so I thought that was pretty cool. I kept smelling blueberries and cotton candy, which thankfully are not bad smells. However, they also sell cigars so I got my fair share of smoke during the hour we were there.
Loved the seating area since it was outside and along the strip, so it was very open and had great views. That aspect alone was enough for me to enjoy my visit. And I'm not much of a drinker, but ordered a pina colada anyway. It was so freaking delicious! Best pina colada I've ever had. It wasn't frozen, but on the rocks and super tasty.
We are not locals, so I doubt I ever come back to Rhumbar again. But this is an A-OK spot, and I recommend others to give it a try, especially if they're into hookah.
