| - Where to start?!!!!
I've rented with Enterprise since 2014. Costumer service has always been a little slow and with a lot of miss communication but at the end of it all I've always been taken care by the company. I'm a platinum plus member and spend a very good amount of money with them.
Today 04/01/2017 I called the 855 number, to extend my rental and I was told that the vehicle ( White Charger), was stolen and that I had to immediately bring the car back to the Sky Harbor location.
I've been renting since December and every month I would come in and update the contract, every week I would call to pay the overdue balance and keep the car current until the following week.
My credit card has flagged them before because of a overcharge by them that took weeks to resolve.
Because of them being flagged by me and my credit card, I got to approve the correct charge so that the transaction could go through.
I was given 3 different prices and I end up releasing the money for them to charge, because the amount agreed on was different, then the card was declined.
I came in and talked to 3 managers, every time I came in there is a new manager and things look like just a total mess.
I was told, after talking to the managers on 03/31/2017 that I could keep the car until 04/20/2017 for the same rate and that I was good to go, and after I offered to pay the difference, I was told to just call the next day to extend it.
My question is... what if I would gotten pulled over by the police, what would Enterprise do? Because I definitely would of call in for legal actions.
What about the $4000 I spend in the past 3 months and all the headaches.
I'm not allowing this company to take any of my money and I expect someone from the high office to reach out to me before I get my attorney to reach out to them.
Very sad we end our partnership like this... wow
The email that was send to me, gave me 2 numbers, one number goes to voice mail and the other puts you on hold for hours with no one to help. I know I'm not the only one that had this issue with numbers that don't work or take a long time for someone to answer and help you.
I'm super upset and unless Enterprise decides to take fault for this I will probably seek legal action.
