  • This place is cheap because it's not run as a proper business of quality service. This is by far one of the dirtiest salons I've ever entered. Not a single nail polish looked fresh other than the shellacs and the organic ones which are sold at an additional cost. The color section is poor. Nothing feels clean and sterilized. Nails got filed unevenly and without proper care. Barely touched cuticles and didn't remove any fuzzies that kept getting stuck on the nail. ZERO attention to detail. My 5 year old niece could've hands down done a better job at painting my nails. So very disappointed because I applaud entrepreneurs that have multiple talents and push themselves but I think this place needs professional assistance and not just have a "wing it" mentality with every client, because it is clear from google and other reviews that customers coming to this location are very disappointed and it shows in that there is never anyone there or return clientele. So here I am, not even 5 minutes after getting home I booked an appointment with another salon to REDO it all again (properly) this time. I also had a bad experience with my brow threading but I won't even get into that because I'm too upset to keep typing. I hate to be harsh but this has truly left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when the owner just scuffs "whatever" under her breath and says I'm the "only" one that has problems there. It is clearly not the case. Read your reviews carefully.
