  • This place is a drug Haven. A heavy put smoker moved in underneath us and even with closed windows the smell inside was horrendous. I was pregnant and had a toddler at the time, but repeated complaints to management got me a we-can't-do-anything-so-why-do-you-keep-bugging-us attitude. I had to move out to keep my toddler from getting high and they charged us over 1000 because we broke the lease. Run! Cheap isn't worth it! By the way, those utilities that are included are a crappy ac that will only get your apartment hot instead of blazing and the mosquitoes from that lake will give you hell
