  • I had an appointment set up to try on some bridal dresses. We got there on time and stood at the reception desk for about 15 minutes until someone said she'll be with us. I completely understand if they are busy so it wasn't a big deal. My girls and I were very patient even though it took her another 15 minutes to get to us. She showed us the dress section for the type of dress I was looking for and limited my selection to 5 dresses to try on. Every dress I tried on I had to make a choice whether I like the dress or not which I understand to make the selection process better. They have a great selection of dresses but unfortunately I wasn't able to try on some more and asked me to reschedule if I wanted to try on some more. I saw some of their alteration prices and I thought it was quite pricey comparing it from my sister's experience with bridal dress alteration from David's bridal and Fit for Bride Alteration. I honestly, didn't feel very comfortable purchasing my dress from here because of the service I received. Dress selections are good though.
